Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: Most orders are shipped via the FedEx Express Postal Service.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. Orders for EU will be arrived 1-5 business days after your order is shipped. International orders are arrived 1-7 business days after your order is shipped. In all cases, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Q: How do I know when my order ships?
A: You will receive an email when your order ships. We ship Monday through Friday.
Returns and Warranty
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns on any products that have not been installed on a bike — e.g. if you install a chainring, it cannot be returned. We will refund the full purchase price when we receive your returned package. Please contact us at email@example.com for return instructions.
Q: Can I exchange products for a different color, size, etc.?
A: We are not able to do exchanges. However, we are happy to accept returns of products that have not been used (see details above). You can the place a new order for the color or size you want. This also allows us to get you the product you need sooner since we don’t have to wait for your return before we ship the new product.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: Alugear Components warranties its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase. Any Alugear Components product that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced. This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration, neglect, normal and reasonable wear and tear, crash or impact.
