Recommendations
- For the best appearance, you may use ALUGEAR AERO COVER (for 105 R7100 , Ultegra R8100 , R8100-P or Dura-Ace R9200 , R9200-P cranks)
- Also, you may use ALUGEAR chainring bolts and nuts for mounting: 7mm nuts and 6,5mm bolts are required It is also a good idea to use a new chain with your new ALUGEAR chainrings
- It is recommended to use a well-lubricated chain on every ride
- We recommend using the optimal Alugear 2-speed chainrings combination
- The correct operation of the double set is guaranteed only when using Alugear outer and inner chainrings together
- Tool holder: 5 mm hexagon socket maximum permissible torque: 10 Nm

Quality of the product is great! delivery was fast. the only topic is that mounting instructions on the youtube are not sufficient as there are few more bolts that came with the product. i managed to do it and it works fine. but maybe for the future i would propose to create an installation video.

Love the look of these chain rings. They perform great as well. Be sure to grease ALL metal to metal surfaces. I only greased the bolts when I initially installed the 2X system on my Ultegra cranks. After a month or so of riding they started creaking and it progressively got worse and worse. After greasing every other part on my bike I came across a YouTube video about diagnosing bottom bracket creaks. It was there I learned about this problem that can occur on 2X cranks. So grease those puppies up when you assemble them!
