ENGINEERED TO PERFECTION
Every ALUGEAR component begins as a block of aerospace-grade aluminum and emerges as a work of precision engineering — designed, machined, and finished entirely in-house at our Polish facility.
"We are a team of engineers and cyclists united by one belief: that the components connecting rider to the bike should be as exceptional as the moments they create."
At ALUGEAR, we're not just manufacturers - we're riders who understand that every pedal stroke matters.
Founded in Kraków, Poland, we've built our company on the principle that great cycling components require obsessive attention to detail, from the first line of CAM code to the final quality inspection.
Design & Engineering
It starts with a problem to solve. Our engineers use advanced 3D CAD software to model each component, optimizing for weight, strength, and performance. Finite element analysis ensures every design can handle real-world stresses.
CNC Machining
Our state-of-the-art CNC mills run 3 and 4-axis precision cutting, removing material with tolerances measured in hundredths of a millimeter. This is where raw aluminum blocks become functional art.
Anodizing
Anodizing transforms and protects aluminum with vibrant, lasting color. This electrochemical process bonds color directly to the metal surface, creating a finish that won't chip, peel, or fade. Available in a spectrum of eye-catching hues to match any design vision.
Quality Control
Before any component leaves our facility, it passes rigorous inspection. Only components that meet our standards ship to riders.

BUILT BY RIDERS
ALUGEAR was founded by people who couldn’t buy the components they wanted - so we built them. The same hands that write the code inspect the parts and ride them on the weekend. Nothing leaves the shop until it’s good enough for our own bikes.
